DELIVERY WORLDWIDE FROM PARIS

We have partnered with one of the best printing companies in Paris. They allow us to ship our artwork worldwide. Our art studio is based in Paris

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

  • EU 2-10 working days
  • USA 5-12 business days
  • Rest of the world 5-15 working days
  • No delivery to PO boxes

If you ordered to a PO box and you do not receive the package, you must contact us at colorsfestival. paris@gmail. com . We can always send it to your family or a friend instead. When we have the new information, we may update the shipping information with the carriers so they can change the recipient or address.

HOW ARE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?

Art prints are rolled and shipped in a thick, protective cardboard tube to protect against damage (unframed).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will first receive an email confirming that your order is paid for and ready to ship. After the first email, you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio. Just make sure it hasn't ended up in your spam folder, because sometimes emails end up there by accident. If you did not receive an email with a tracking link or there is no tracking update, please send us an email with the name or the email with which you placed the order at colorsfestival. paris@gmail. com and we'll help you track your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If we haven't started processing and shipping your order yet, you can cancel it (it takes 1-4 days to process).

Fees will be charged to your bank account depending on the payment method used.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PICK UP MY PACKAGE?

In the event that products are returned to us because the customer has not come to pick up their package, we charge a fee of 35 euros. These fees cover outward and return shipping, as well as product handling and restocking.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE POST?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But do not worry ! We will pay the shipping costs of a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing this, for example to confirm that the delivery address was correct. It would also be good to check that you have contacted your local post office to try to locate the lost order.

Remember that if the tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you say you have not received it, we will not take responsibility for reshipping that order. In this case, any replacement must be made at your expense.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duties) may apply, depending on your region and local customs duties. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only outside the EU.
